Payment is required at the time of booking via the online booking system. All bookings must be processed through this system. We accept all major credit cards. Booking is not available through email, telephone, or directly with your provider.
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. No refunds are provided for cancellations. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, the payment for the session can be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 3 months of the original date. Failure to provide 24-hour notice for cancellation will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
In the event of an emergency, whether from the client or the provider, the booking fee will be applied to a future appointment, provided the rescheduled appointment occurs within 3 months of the original appointment date, regardless of the notice period.
Most insurance plans do not cover hypnosis or hypnotherapy services provided outside of medical professionals or psychotherapists. Therefore, Rowland Hypnosis Centers does not submit to or accept any insurance plans. All services are self-pay. If your insurance plan agrees to cover our services, it is your responsibility to submit all necessary paperwork directly to the insurance company for reimbursement. We cannot guarantee reimbursement from any insurance plans.
We offer a Financial Assistance Program for those experiencing financial difficulties that prevent them from utilizing our hypnosis services. This program has limited spots, and availability is subject to change. Please review the terms and conditions before applying. We do not offer refunds for any services provided. When booking an appointment, you are paying for the time with the hypnotherapist, not a specific outcome. Results are not guaranteed, as successful hypnosis requires the collaborative effort of both the hypnotherapist and the client. Please reach out with any questions before booking your appointment.
At times, due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or emergencies, your assigned hypnotherapist may not be available for your session. In such cases, another qualified hypnotherapist from our team will be assigned to complete your session. If you prefer not to continue with the substitute hypnotherapist, we will gladly reschedule your appointment at no additional cost to you.
