To address this, we are pleased to announce our Financial Assistance Program. This program provides a limited number of discounted spaces to make hypnotherapy more accessible. Program Details:
Equal Quality of Service: The quality of services provided under the Financial Assistance Program is identical to that received by all clients. The discounted rate does not affect the service quality.
Payment Requirement: Services are not provided for free. Approved applicants must pay the agreed-upon amount as stated in the enrollment confirmation.
Attendance Policy: Clients must attend all scheduled appointments as per our cancellation policy. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to comply may result in termination of program enrollment.
Genuine Need: This program is designed for individuals with a genuine financial need.
Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on the initial assessment plan, usually weekly, to support the changes you seek. Extended gaps between appointments are not typically allowed unless specified.
Program Duration: The program ends once the recommended scheduled appointments are completed. If further assistance is needed in the future, a new application must be submitted and approved.
Extended Appointments: If additional appointments are necessary, your enrollment can continue, provided the need for assistance remains and the appointments are sequential.
Client Commitment: Hypnosis is a partnership aimed at achieving your goals. It is essential to follow the hypnotherapist’s recommendations and actively work towards your goals. Outcomes are not guaranteed, as success depends on both the hypnotherapist’s expertise and the client’s willingness to change.
No Refunds: Payments cover the time and expertise of the hypnotherapist, not a specific outcome. No refunds are provided for any services.
Financial Changes: If your financial situation improves and you no longer need assistance, inform your hypnotherapist. This allows us to help others who are waiting for assistance.
Minimum Payment: The minimum payment amount under this program is $40 per session.
Initial Assessment Scheduling: Approval is pending until the initial assessment is scheduled within 14 days of approval. Failure to do so will result in rescinded approval.
Initial Assessment Exclusion: The Financial Assistance Program does not cover the initial assessment. If you require a discounted rate for the initial assessment, please indicate this on your application. Approval is not guaranteed.
